Fiat altissimo rear lights?

Hi,I`m doing a resto on a car and it uses these Altissimo Fiat rear light units.I found 1 on ebay,anyone got any idea where I could find another as of course I need 2!They are from a Fiat 1300/1600 coupe/cabriolet - a little 2door sports car from `59 to `66.Here is a pic,any ideas much appreciated.
