Gearbox oil change - Cost?

Hi, I am getting the oil in my gearbox changed for a thicker lubricant as a temporary fix for an issue I'm got with the engine. How much should this typically cost? I own a Toyota MR2 Mk3. Cheers.

Uhm... Engine issue means using thicker gearbox oil?

Realistically it should be about £20-25 for the oil and up to an hour's labour, depending how fiddly it is to change.

Haha, don't worry, it's an issue with the gearbox but I can't be a*sed to go into the details. I've been quote £60.
