I know these aren't REAL estates but close enough.
Just to name a couple to see what I mean - BMW Z3M Coupe, Smart Roadster Coupe

As above, and probably not exactly what the OP was getting at but, the Land Rover Discovery Commercial has the rear seats removed and a load liner & bulkhead installed, whilst still having 4 doors.

A shooting brake is to carry your guests round the estate, and the estate car is to take your guests to the shoot.

Again, not a two-seater. having said that,the BM and the Smart are not IMO estate cars, but coupes with a hatch.

My HPE was a two-seater with the back seats down to make it an estate

The Lynx Eventer pictured is a face-lift XJS which, like my convertible, has back seats for people with no legs. Never figured out why they put them in...

How hard it is to count to two!

Its no different than me saying I got on a bus once with only 30 seats but removed 28 and that clearly compares to a Z3M coupe and a smart coupe
