Got myself a jetski, and need a car for towing. Won't be used that much, but thought if I get a 4x4 I could also use in winter as my current car (and anything I'm likely to buy soon) is useless in snow. Wouldn't mind it being a bit fun too, so was thinking Jeep Wrangler for about 5K ish. Are these any good for towing / winter?

If there's anything else you think might be of use let me know. Prefer to keep it to about 4/5k as this will sit in the drive most of the year, but if there's something really interesting I can go more.

for that budget you could get into a tidy jeep cherokee (pre 06) which would be fine for towing, secure & comfortable in the winter and if its anything like ours pretty reliable.

they do like a drink though.....

No, if you read it, I thought a 4x4 would be of benefit in winter, as I need another car anyway to tow the jet ski....

Series Land Rover. Possibly V8?

You could fetch a very tidy one on that sort of budget
