Its an Alfa, but I only ever saw one. GTV SE.

1980 aged 10. W reg had just come out and Benstead and Pidcock on Lincoln Road in Peterborough had a greeny blue Alfa Romeo GTV SE in the showroom.

I still have a brochure for it somewhere.

I fell in love with that car. My old man didn't agree telling me Italian cars look good but rust.

Anyway, I have never seen another once since. I don't have immediate access to my brochure collection, so can't recall the spec.

Was this a very rare car? Was it any good? I'd just like to know more about it.

I guess an SE wouldn't be too unlike this little gem, Alfa's SE's tend to be just a few trim extras, nothing fundamentally different.

You know, I think that was the model. Beautiful looking thing. My next attempt was to get the old man into a Renault Fuego. Thay didn't work either.

Pretty sure the se was just a minor tart up, alloy wheels, trim, no change to mechanics.
I think it was done by the uk importers, like the later veloce body kits fitted to many alfas.
