I've been to both and I think i'd say that Prestwold is fractionally better, mainly because the track surface is in slightly better condition.. the Prodrive one is a bit beaten up and there seems to be a bit of suicidal wildlife there (almost ploughed into a pheasant whilst steaming down the straight at 120MPH!)

I'd always go to the Prodrive one though because it's about 5 minutes from where I live! smile

I did a driving day thing at Prestwold Hall, it was alright, to be honest you aren't really able to go fast enough for the track to matter too much, you're either switching up gears very quickly (they tell you when to do it), or waiting for the Ferrari going at 25mph in front of you to pull over.

I have done both and found 6th gear at Prodrive a lot better organised.
Everyman racing @ Prestwold was ok, but there were some big gaps between drives.
It was pissing down when I went and 90 minutes is a long time in the cold and wet, waiting to drive a R8.
6th gear was more or less out of one car into another.

If I was to do it again, I would choose Prodrive with 6th gear

Definitely would give a vote for 6th Gear - I've been for 3 or 4 events with them now and it's always been a well run, friendly setup every time.
