Can you qualify for "business user only" lease deals when obtaining a car as part of a salary sacrifice company car scheme?

The company would be able to but you wouldn't, if you are taking a company car on a salary sacifice basis then its up to the company to fund / lease the car, so you may have little choice, need more details to be able to answer fully.

i don't think you have the choice whether the employer funds it or not on a SSS
