Chaps

Due to purchasing a weekend car (TVR Chimaera, love it!)I need to release funds from selling my BMW 530D E60, gutted as its lovely.

Criteria for new car:

-Needs to be a four door hatch back (the wife won't drive anything bigger, BUT i guess I could persuade her if needed)
-Has to be manual (less to go wrong?)
-Rather petrol as mileage will be roughly 12k pa
-Needs to look smart as I'll be meeting clients in it (I know this is down to personal taste but something to discuss)

Any in put would help as I'm going round in circles!

Thanks

Adam

I'll be advertising a Lexus IS300 shortly. Your budget would buy a decent example. Mine has been 100% reliable as a daily ride. Smooth, effortless, bullet proof. Better than some flimsy hatch IMHO smile

5dr Alfa 147?

Looks smart, goes well both 1.6 and 2.0 are meant to be rather good.

Nice interior. Looks slick in black.

;-) like your thought process! But it unfortunately needs to be something less thirsty-besides I have my weekend toy to burn fuel in :-)
