but the colour..... not nice at all.With GOOD resprays coming in at 3k not likely to see Any money back. But i do like them.

Nothing wrong with that colour. Don't bother dumping £3000 onto resprays, just get it bought and keep the £3000 in a war chest in case something goes wrong with it.

Is it slightly greeny metallic ?

Anyway ,not such a bad hue,it was the 80s.

Yup - very popular at the time, but now mainly associated with OAP cars (Jazz, etc).

I saw one today but in silver. It's a great looking car and I don't mind the colour of the one in the ad. Mind you I own a purple car so you probably shouldn't listen to what I say...

Bit sarky,sorry! I think they do look better in Red or darker colours so if you dont like it there will be others but I think I'd buy some brown slip on shoes,pastel suits,turtle neck jumpers and embrace the scheme!

It's a lovely period colour... wouldn't touch a new one like that, but the past is a foreign country and they do things differently there. That's not to say the car is any good but if it is, it's a reasonable price for a rather more retro-cool 6 Series than most.

Can't see the problem- it's a classic car in a classic car colour. Certainly better than purple or brown and more unique than all the silver and black German cars around. Still, I do drive an old Merc in similar colour so I may be biased...

I love these but I agree, the colour would put me off. Shame really, but personal preference. If you're going to respray it, do it red!!
