Photoshop help - Saab 3 spokes

I was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to photo shop some saab 3 spokes to my 9-3. Tried a google search but struggled to find a photo. I'm sure a 9-3 coupe must have these wheels somewhere!

Yes the Double Y wheels look much better but these came up local at a bargain so wondering if it was worth a punt.

Will probably hold out for the double Ys though
