Best alloy wheel refurbishment in the south / around M25?

I am looking for a decent established company with a solid reputation. Not one man in a van type of operation. Ideally the company would be situated in either Surrey or Essex. Although I would travel further if required, anywhere around the M25 I guess.

Lepsons in Gillingham is indeed the default answer, opposite KDS Keltec for giving the car a valet or more of a detail, if desired.

I hope you're only intending to correct blemishes and scuffing, and NOT STRAIGHTEN BENT/DENTED wheels.

God no! I am searching for the most mint set of wheels I can find, which is a task considering the age of them. Then they will simply be tidied up cosmetically. However if I uncover any cracks they will go directly into the bin! I cannot fathom how some companies openly advertise the option of welding broken alloys. This seems utterly insane to me!

Preparing for Paint

Wheels are then checked for damage, straightened and welded where required before being prepared for painting. Whilst we endevour to remove all damage it may not be possible / cost effective to remove all heavy corrosion, especially in detail areas such as between the spokes. Please also note that we do not, unless absolutely necessary, use any fillers other than alloy welding.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER STRAIGHTEN AN ALLOY WHEEL. ONCE BENT, THEY ARE STRUCTURALY AND METALURGICALY DAMAGED. STRAIGHTENING MAKES THEM EVEN WORSE. AT THE VERY MOST, A BEAD OF WELD CAN BE APPLIED TO A SCUFFED RIM EDGE THAT WILL BE RE-MACHINED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PROFILE.

I have actually used these a few times for smaller bike items. Some parts were great. Others less so.

We dont get involved in welding alloys, yet many main dealers, when told about a cracked alloy will simply send the car out with it still on, shocking.

Just had my BMW CSL wheels refurbished by Alloy Care Centre near Hindhead. Very pleased with the finish and service.

If these guys are in couldson they are really good and cheap
