7 seater 4x4s - any suggestions ?

Hi All - bit of a boring one, sorry. A chum is looking to replace her Volvo XC90 - she likes 4x4s and needs 7 seats. Any suggestions please ?

Q7 is a good shout but they are pricey

Was just about to say Outlander. Great value for money as the Elegance is well specified. Waaaaayyyy less thristy than any of the other candidates too - you need dep pcokets to run one of the Disco / Audi battleships.

Not sure how it's predictable as I don't think I've mentioned one before.

Anyhow, they are no less reasonable to suggest than a Disco or Q7 and will cost similar to run. Loads of room, huge spec and good overall.

Had a friend who swapped a V8 Range Rover L233 for a Navigator and much preferred the Lincoln.
