vauxhall signum fuel tank

i have a 2003 2.2 diesel vauxhall signum.
does anyone know if i have to drop the tank to get the sender unit out?
or is there any access in the boot/under the rear seats.

Can't help with a Signum directly, but the Vectra has an tank access hatch on top (remove rear seats)
So it'd be a good guess that the Signum may well have the same.
