Good morning everyone! My brother's girlfriend is after a new car as she's tired of her Vauxhall Corsa. She wants something a bit bigger, bit more grunt, good inside and a petrol engine. She wants it to be fairly new, so my suggestions have all been shot down, even the bargain Saabs for sale have been met with disinterest. She also wants 4 seats.
I doubt very much that her ideal car exists, I've tried suggesting everything from an A-Class Mercedes to a VW Lupo GTI. Any suggestions that I might have not thought of would be welcome.
£5k is the max budget too, I've already tried "but you could haggle it down to nearly that..."

Newer than her current car which is.... 04 or something. I'll say no older than 2006 just for the sake of this thread, I'll check with her when I see her tomorrow.
