Just wondering which car, thinking a hatch back like a 306, that you could fit raised suspension to and big all terrain winter tyres to. I've seen a few about before but can't find any on eBay.

More just for a laugh than anything else.

Just buy anything that's semi high up, fwd and light then fit winter tyres.

I always wanted an AX for this.

First gen fiat panda is probably the best one, when I went to Sicily they had loads of the 4x4 variants, often substantially modded. Made a lot more sense than a land rover or jeep which would struggle to fit down the village roads.

Any Fiat Panda 4x4

BG-series Mazda 323 AWD, I had the 2WD version, AWDs are everywhere in the Swiss Alps.
