Cars owned to years driving ratio

So, it dawned on me during an idle moment this morning, that I've been driving 11 years and have owned 11 cars, so 1 car per year. So, most must have a better ratio than me?

So, cars owned first, years held a (full) license second

Been driving 31 years. In that period I've had 12 cars on the road plus one resto project that I ended up just selling on so 12, really. So 2.6 years/car.

I tend to research what I want heavily then stick with it for 3+ years. Apart from anything else it costs a lot to chop and change.

So 43:8 as it doesnt cancel down.

4 cars (though 2 concurently at one point).

Been driving for 4 years, owned 15 cars (16 if you include one I bought for someone else). Does that mean I'm in the lead for shortest length:highest cars?

14 vehicles : 12 years ....but I've only been riding since Dec '11

I've now lost count in the last 22 years I would say I was near enough in treble figures by now, so I would have roughly about 5 cars a year but a lot of the time I would have two cars at the same time and insure one on classic car insurance.

But saying that my I've had my £281 shed now for nearly 2 years, but my other car I've only had a couple of months.

The problem is this site as now I'm getting the urge to buy a cheap 924 to play with.

I've been making a list over the last month of cars I've owned. At the moment it's 59 that I can remember in 22 years. I'm picking another up on Monday so that will make it 60 in 22 years not including motorbikes which there have been 8.
