Where to buy 1-3 days insurance?

Hi

Basically I am looking for somewhere or somehow of insuring a car for 1-3 days basically just over the weekend.

I am going to hopefully look at a new car today, and if I like it I plan on buying it as I have to travel a fair way to buy it.
I would like to drive it away from the dealer if I can but I cannot afford to buy my annual insurance until Monday once a cheque I have has cleared.

Does anyone know of any good places I could get insured for a few days?

Thanks, just got a quote for £65. It's a little expensive just for one day.

Are there any cheaper ones out there?

Got a current policy? Add it to that.

No I don't

Guess that i'll have to do it this way if I want to buy today.
