My run around is missing badly in 2nd and 3rd gear around 2k-3k rpm. Its had new maf and sensor. New plugs. Someone mentioned stretched timing chain or TPS. If either of these what am i looking at for £?
Even if holding the throttle/revs at 2k ish it misses bad.
I had something similar on my non-GT, turned out to be the seal between the rocker cover and the plug hole on one cylinder. A slight mist of oil was getting down into the plug hole, found this after changing coil packs/ cleaning MAF etc....
had a long drive today and an almighty miss when going uphill, then a load of smoke and crap came out if the back. The sound deadening is coming out. could this be the sole cause of this problem?
