SPOTTED & TUGGED! The All New Range Rover on the M40

I spotted this LHD All New Range Rover on trade plates on the M40 yesterday tailgating an undercover police Mitsubishi Shogun. He got the Blues and Twos shortly after passing the bus!! Whoops.
