How often do you use your toy?

I'd be interested to know (if you have one) how often you use your toy, my Z4M hasn't turned a wheel for almost 2 weeks mainly due to constantly being on family duty with my little boy.

I reckon my brother has used his Elise twice in about 3 months and my other brother's MX5 still has a tax disc from 2010!

I'd love to use mine more but just don't get the time

On the plus side I've just booked a track day to make up for it

Somewhat ashamedly; sub 1,000 miles in my Caterham over the last 12 months. I've even been trying to persuade friends to borrow it just to give it some use.

I try to use my caterham every weekend if the weather is good. But it is still new to me as I only brought it in June. I'm still contemplating taxing it as it runs out at the end of October. Do I tax it or not? As there are bound to be some cracking crisp winter mornings.

My silva striker not since 09, my S3 is 13 months old now and only done 1800 miles.

However, like you I've just booked a track day on the 4th nov at Cadwell to try and put some miles on it.

The MGF tax ran out 2 months ago so I just sorned it, so probably around 1000 miles this year at most.
I'm actually thinking about selling it but it's a good laugh when it does get out and a nice antidote to the cosseting Q7. It's also not worth a fortune, do its costing nothing sitting in the garage.

The VFR1200 that I bought in june has done about 2500 miles, that's about normal for me. It'll be more next year as we're off to southern germany in June.

Every few weeks or so. Normally will go on a full weekend, or overnight ears with my brother and we'll head off into the hills.

This is an issue for me - nowhere near enough to justify the size of the fleet....end up doing all my driving in an old knackered Mazda 6 with 130k on the clock while having over £100K of other metal sitting there only going the length of the dealers and back to get a service....children to blame.....

I use my E30 M3 as often as I can but I keep it under 1500 miles per year.......for insurance purposes you understand.

I can't help using my indulgence cars. My daily driver does the least miles of all my cars. I do about 18,000miles a year in my Mercedes SL (although it has been a week since I last drove it) and a similar mileage in my SEC; my diesel Mercedes 124 station wagon, however, only does about 10,000. I also drive about 5,000miles a year in my wife's Golf.

In the last year I did 230 miles in my Eunos and so I sold it.

Sprogs and work are the main problems and we have replaced it with a very un-PH T25 campervan which we have done about 500 miles in 6 months.

I use mine mainly at the weekend but also to do some mundane stuff then too: food shopping, gym, DIY etc. Maybe once a month I drive it to work and maybe once every 2 weeks it gets used on a weekday evening. A hoon or hoon to car event maybe every third weekend in late spring through to early autumn.
