Doesn't answer your question but I'm old-fashioned about tyres. I like to to buy them from the place that fits them. That way if there are any problems you won't get bogged down in an argument about whose fault it is.

I found www. oponeo . com gave the best price on the winter tyres I ordered recently. Delivered from Germany within 4 days FOC excellent value.

I've used Black Circles for years - no complaints.
Recently been looking at mytyres.co.uk and they seem very reasonable too.

I've always found Camskill to be excellent. I've also used Mytyres before, but found their delivery takes longer. They're foreign, too.

Another vote for Camskill, who are excellent for summer tyres of pretty much any size. Deliver within 48hrs too.

They're a bit more expensive for winters, for which I use lovetyres.com.

I personally know 2 x ex-130i owners that were far from impressed with them, and one fellow 135i owner that removed them after 3 months as they were, to quote, "frankly useless".

I do know of an E36 owner that rates them, but he drives like a nun

Agreed, I have used them for many years without problem.

They are competitive on price and fit where you want (i.e. at workplace, home etc.)

Just ordered a set of Falken 912's from camskill... they were way cheaper than anywhere else even accounting £10ea for fitting. We will see.

tyre shopper/ aa tyres are worth a go

Just put a brand new set of 452's on my BMW. No notable difference between these at £450 a set, and the OEM at £950 a set.
