Cool car awards!

What do you think are the coolest cars (not necessarily the best)out there old or new in each class? You can nominate a few cars from different eras if you like.
City cars: VW Up! currently (personally I like the Fiat 500/MINI as well but the VW is a bit more unisex!) Latterly, the Rover Mini Cooper would also be right up there!
Superminis: Citroen DS3 currently (Peugeot 205 latterly)
Hot hatch: Alfa 147 GTA
Family cars: Alfa pretty much have this wrapped up with the 147, 156 and 159 IMHO.
Estate car: Audi RS2
Executive cars: Saab 9-5 or Mercedes-Benz CLS (modern), Jaguar mk2 (classic) and M5, E500 and Lotus Carlton (in between)
Luxury car: Aston Martin Rapide/Maserati Quattroporte currently (Bentley Continental R previously)
Sports car: AC Cobra (open) and Jaguar E-Type (coupe)
Coupe: Audi TT RS (modern), Fiat Coupe Turbo/VW Corrado VR6 (classic)
Supercar: Ferrari 458 Italia (modern), Lamborghini Miura SV (classic)
Convertible: Aston Martin V12 Vantage Volante (new) and Mercedes 300SL (classic)
MPV: Ford S-MAX 2.5T
SUV: I can see why a LR Defender could be seen as the coolest but for sheer pointlessness in a I just don't care why, my favourite would have to be the AMG G-Wagen.
