Got into a bit of a discussion today about this with some friends after spotting an old porsche boxster:

What in your opinion is the most expensive looking car for sub £5k in the current market (within the UK)? Probably a bit vain, but would be nice to see other peoples choices!

(Guaranteeing someone comments with an MX-5!)

Think that's a typo... FSH up to 89k, speedo shows 40k, so true mileage north of 129k but unknown.

I had a hunch. Still good value at 5k though.

Those older CLs really do still look like a seriously expensive car, especially with a decent private plate on. Even stanced

I would question that is a legit advert. It rings alarm bells to methe way its written.

Seller seems to be specialising in the 'bling' market given his location. I think he's probably not a nice person to get a warranty claim out of, but there is probably a real car; there are plenty of other £5k CLs.

Reckon you could get £500 off this, then put on a £250 private plate to disguise the age:

And it's only £2,995

It's a Wheeler Dealers car, bit of tidying here and there.
