M12 DAN BMW 325i shockingly bad driving this morning

On the A34 this morning I witnessed some terrible aggressive driving by this young gentleman.
I watched from a far but you sit need some driving lessons as your speed and dangerous driving really are risking other road users.
1. Evidently 100mph + within an inch of he bumper of the chap in front (highly congested)
2. J13 M4 to A34 round a bout tried to overtake the entire line of traffic to cut in at the front at pace on a two land exit (he was in lane 3) causing himself to emergency brake then force his way in
3. Once point two over he was swerving in and out of traffic at dangerous pace
4. Undertaking using the hard shoulder!
5. In town traffic giving it large on the loud pedal and overtaking on A roads through town? When there is heavy traffic and its purely congestion.
Your lucky I didn't have my mobile on the dash else is have recoded this shocking driving and handed it to the police.
