I'll buy loads of cars, trust me! I'm sure I'll be able to source a McLaren F1, a BAC Mono, A 512TR and all the other cool stuff I want... but I'll also buy the Lexus.

Another £100K on buying industrial land for storage purposes, moving it to a site and fixing problems, running heating and security
