Ive bought an audi A5 (fwd) and i need new tyres for all four corners.
Ive been doing a bit of research and have found that Goodyear Eagle F1 A's have performed very well in recent tests. I also like the way Pirelli P-Zero's have performed on my Porsches. So what do people think are the best option? Price wise they are quite close because Kwik Fit are offering 25% off against Costco's 20%.

So my choice is :-

Michelins Pilot Sport 3 for £615 at costco
Pirelli P-Zero Rosso for £ £575 at kwik fit
Goodyear Eagle F1 A for £550 at kwik fit

I want the best tyre for all year round driving so I want to make sure I buy the right ones! Good and bad experiences welcomed!

Thanks in advance.

The wife's just put Pirelli P Zero Rossos on her S3 (or rather I have for her) and she's complaining that the grip in the wet is nowhere near as good as the bridgestones that were on it before.

I recently put Goodyear Eagles on the Saab 9-5 estate - big, heavy, reasonably powerful, front drive. They have been pretty good so far.

I cant help with tyre choice for you specific car, but i would try www.blackcircles.com . Always much cheaper then anyone else for me, you order and book in at a local fitter online, very straight forward.

I have the Pro Sport's on the Golf and can't fault them, in fact my second lot.

On old car had Uniroyal Rainsport 2's also good reviews and very good this time of year as the like the cold and wet.

If you want them for year round then for me all-season tyres are the only choice. Summers are for very hot weather, winters are for very cold and neither will happen very often in england. I put on goodyear eagle LS2 which were £550 from oponeo. I've been very happy with them, much better in the wet/cold than summers and nearly as good on the hot day we had.

For the A5 i would say either the michelins or the pirelli's, find your nearest Protyre and tell them youve been quoted £10 per tyre less than you have, they will normally match it! I can get them for less but im in the midlands so thats no good for you im afraid ;-)

Went for the Michelin PS3's and the car feels so much better already- looking forward to when they settle down and the release agent has gone.
