Yep, Sikaflex - it won't take the paint off.

No more nails is a rigid adhesive where as Sikaflex, whichever one you use, is flexible. Not sure about the comment on the paint work being taken off by the no nails, the Sikaflex will have a higher adhesion to the paint than the paint will to the metal. However, if you need to reapply the Sikaflex, it will stick to itself so you don't need to remove it!

Non-branded windscreen bonding goop, 7 quid from your local windscreen replacement centre. Same as Sikaflex.

So if not stuck tonight will get some Tiger Seal

Always worth importing some 3M automotive tape from the US but shipping costs are the killer. It will stick any trim to any car permanently and happily holds on the side scoops of the Mustang and the hood scoop to speeds well over 100.

Petrolhead- you did hold it on with tape overnight didn't you? That stuff takes ages to go off properly and should stick a bit of trim on...
By the way I don't use Sikaflex, I use Terostat which is used for bonding windscreens in- and I use Terostat primer on both parts first. I bond the cycle wings onto my Caterham with this stuff.
