I've not tried anything to solve this issue, thought id see what answers I get first!

Idle and driving normally completely fine.

Under boost/foot down, seems to be misfiring/ hesitation, doesn't do it all the time, just when it feels like it...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Lots of things it could be.. fuel, electrical, tune, MAF/air flow control, boost leak

How do I check if the leads are faulty?
Well this was going to be my first approach, check the gaps between the plugs.

Is it overboosting - is it chipped or has someone pissed about with the turbo e.g. a stty manual bleed valve?

Id hope its my overboosting, only had a stage 1 remmap 2 months ago, by a very competent company, and no messing with the turbo...
