Guidance on placing a classified

Can anyone advise if older members can still place free classified ads?
Also.. do you need a new login for the new classified area since I can be logged on the main site but my UN/PW is not recognised on the classified... I recall this problem on the beta version, though it would have been fixed on the actual launch.
