Before I go creating profiles on any of the owners clubs sites or checking every fuse in the car does anybody know which fuse would link to the screen jet wash?

Pull the stalk back and the wipers go but no water coming out? The resevoir is full and its not frozen as its not cold enough but also you can normally hear the jet wash motor when its on.

Thanks.

I've got a Haynes manual in the garage at home.

I can look in an hour or two for you if you like, or if someone else hasn't answered by then.
Appreciate it thanks!

Just by googling "Wiring diagram 106gti" loads came up.
Fuse F2 - 25A I believe. Spotlights, map reading light, lights on buzzer, wash/wipe, electric windows, electric mirrors, heated rear windows/mirrors

F2 looks fine but will try changing it tomorrow, everything else you have listed still works though so may not actually be the fuse.

What else could it be except the fuse? my mechanical knowledge is very limited but im going to guess the pump itself.

Check for power at the plug for the pump.

I had to replace the pump on my 106 XSi. It made noise but didn't actually pump any water. Was a five minute job at most!

Cheers guys, if it was a quick fix like the fuse I would do it myself but I'll just get my mechanic to look at it.

Multimeter to check the wiring going to the pump. If thats okay then change the pump... Shouldn't think it would be much on a 106 but I may be mistaken as I've never owned one nor worked on one.

Check all the other fuses incase thats wrong... I only went on google!

Sounds like it could be the pump failed, and i have a brand new genuine pug one here, but no 106 to fit it to lol.
