What is it worth - Ibiza Cupra FR

Morning all,
Currently have my VX220 up for sale, and have been offered a Seat Ibiza FR in a swap with some cash my way.
Car is in black, with 10k on the clock. Its the 160 pd engined jobbie with a revo adjustable map, 6 months tax, a full MOT, miltek cat back exhaust, polybushed all around, AP 6 pots up front and 4 new decent tyres.
The mleage I am a little put off by (but have had more dubious cars for the mileage with more miles on)
Will be hunting around the classifieds in a bit when I have a proper chance, and also the required forums myself
