Is this a good buy? What should I look out for?

2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4 SZ4 with 1 owner and 65,000 miles. Asking price of £5800 from a dealer.
I was just browsing to see what I could get for my money and it popped up and just stood out! Its only 20 miles away from me and a 4x4 could be handy for winter. If I stuck an lpg conversion on it I would be seeing similar mpg as my 1.6 diesel focus now.
So what do we think?

Depends, I go to devon 3-4 times year, 600 mile round trip. Plus circa 12000 a yearI achieved 33mpg driving like miss daisy on town and quick blast on dual carriageway
I've just had a look around the usual places - ebay, autotrader etc and the one the OP is looking at seems very keenly priced.
I'm sure you can get them cheaper at auction as that's where the dealer probably got it from but coming with a warranty I'd say that's a good buy, and before reading this thread I didn't know that a decent looking 2009 4x4 could be bought for so little.
