So after viewing a tt rs moneys were paid and the car was mine simple you would think.
Go to pick car up and there is a stone chip on windscreen so i ask for a new screen. After some debate about filling etc etc i agree to have it filled and wait for a new screen to arrive. 10 days later great new screen so can i bring car back into Audi for fitting. No problems so leave the car there all day so they can fit it.Pick it up 5:30 bring it home and on closer inspection i can notice some cut marks like a stanley blade on the top front lip of the roof line obviously where the old screen has been taken out graaaaa what to do now take the car back to Audi and ask for it to be painted? take it on the chin that these things happen.Just dont want to sound like a moaning old git.

Normally these dealers get an independent glass technician to deal with windscreens, you'd of been better off getting it done with a National company...

What colour is the car? I would want it repainted or buffed (providing the marks can buff out!), but by a paintshop of my own choice. Being a dealership, they probably will think you are a moaning git and thus try to bodge it and scarper.
