Parrot Asteroid

Does anyone have this? What do you think? I'm looking for a good multipurpose single din head unit - would like the map/nav and Internet radio functions of this unit - but does it work in practice? Is there something else like a single din Pioneer App radio?

I was considering one of these but the reviews were not very positive. I think I'm going to go for a more conventional DAB/USB/CD head unit. My thinking is that the Asteroid is the first of it's kind and Parrot are undoubtedly going to releases significantly improved one at some point which would annoy me. The reviews also said the unit itself has to boot up, like a PC, which can take several minutes. This would drive me insane.
