When im in the outside lane doing 40mph because i can read the fking road and see that the obstruction stated on the billboard 3 miles back is not infront of me i do not care what your fking little brain thinks about me making progress past stationary traffic.

id say you where going a bit to quick based on the heavy traffic and had plenty of time to react to him moving

maybe so, 40mph isnt too fast but as i said the camera shows distances really bad because its a 160 degree angle or something like that. its more half the distance its shows

The van driver was a but calm down OP seriously its not worth getting worked up over. st like this happens everyday there are plenty of idiots on the road letting them stress you out is not going to help. 1 normally the type that does this is a tt so agree with op
2 Normally they stop dead and when the lane inside them goes so do they
3 tt is keeping pace with van? in front of him and also traffic in LH lane
4 did he pull over if lane clear in front of him or just keep on at the same or lower speed

So to me its a 50/50
