Sweetspot (age) for selling?
Discussion
My car is now three and a half years old. It was a demo and had a few thousand when I got it. Full main dealer history etc etc. It's been faultless and while I'm not intending to change it any time soon, I have been thinking about when IS the best time to move on.
When does a car stop being 'newish' and move into 'old' territory. There must be a small period when it's still worth decent money, before the value falls off the cliff.
Thoughts??

As late as possible - depreciation will only get slower as the car gets older.
This. The longer you keep a car, the more the original depreciation is off set on a monthly/yearly basis.Don't just sell it for the sake of it, unless it no longer fits what you require and you want something else?
