What headlights are these??

Well i'm truly stumped
what headlights are these.
I first thought MGF or Fiat Barchetta but after researching defo are not

No amount of googling has helped so i hope you guys can help.

no, no part numbers or anything, hence why i was struggling. Only had the make to go on which is Carello. I must say i'm so impressed how quick you nailed. PH to the rescue what about this one, again no markings or part numbers. Keep thinking maybe some v type of van / suv. Very similar to Ford Connect but alas different
