Halfords?

Hiya guys,
I know already that halfords or halfrauds isn't very highly regarded around these parts!
I have a problem though, rewind to Sunday my mum travelled up to see me, she splashed out on a new head unit that had to be ordered in fair enough, i was told I would get a phone call as I was booked in to have it fitted, I heard nothing so phoned them.
Ohh yes your stereo had arrived but you can't have it fitted until Thursday, I was told Sunday it was booked in for Tuesday so what to do? Phone the manager, stop being a drama queen or what? I've already had the fitting paid for why do I have to wait?

Our Halfords is fantastic... installed my mum's headunit for free, no reason really the guy just felt like helping us out.

As above, collect the head unit, get refund on install and either do it yourself (its a piece of piss on the vast majority of cars) or find a local ICE installer who will probably do it for the same price as halfords.

In my experience their attitude to customer service has improved significantly compared with a couple of years ago.

Give the store a call and see what they can do.
