Moped Cars / Light quadricycles

A new category of moped licence is being introduced on 19 January 2013.

It will allow people aged 16 and over to drive so-called 'light quadricycles'.

They'll be limited to 28mph...
So they're big enough to take up a whole lane, they go very slow and they're big and padded enough that the inexperienced drivers will not feel vulnerable and will side swipe everything.
With all this chat on the radio recently about young drivers being dangerous and talk of banning young drivers from carrying young friends as passengers... now this?
