I'm about to replace runflats with standard tyres - like many people do.

Are there any better puncture repair kits out there or is a couple of cans of holts spray weld stuff as good as it gets ?

Any advice appreciated.

The only puncture repair kits I'm aware of for tubeless tyres resemble a giant darning needle that is threaded with a rubber 'worm', pushed into the hole, rotated, then withdrawn.

They seem very effective and the repairs reportedly last quite well, but I don't think they are intended for road use - they're more for agricultural or site vehicles.

Not sure one of those on a jeep running 20" rims would be ideal - but i like your thinking smile
