ford Ka, PAS pipe?

Hi all,
sorry to sound thick but whats the easiest way to locate the power steering pipe? part of the gf's im sure is split as its leaking fluid on the drive.

If it's a pipe chances are its leaking from behind the NS wheel but its more likely a rack.

Ka racks are notorious for failing.

Their is a modified one available from ford. The standard one runs from the bottom of the fluid res, down by the exhaust manifold (this is the bit they changed), along the bottom of the radiator, under the gearbox and into the rack.

Or something like that anyway lol

May also help to know if it is the original KA where all the power steering stuff is on the bulkhead and expensive to fix partly due to acess, or the new one.

AFAIK the new one doesn't have hydraulic PAS.
