Fortunately not a worry where I live but it would be useful to know where the floods are so I can avoid them. I have to drive to the East Midlands later in the week, an area I don't know and Tom Tom won't help in this respect.
Looked at the BBC, it tells me how many flood warnings in each part of the country with no links to specifics. Environment Agency is supposed to have a map but its not working, site overloaded I suppose.
What I need is a map, no good telling me the River whatsit in Lakeshire is flooded in an area I don't know.
Any ideas?

I've used the Highways Agency website before. When Innsmouth Cockermouth flooded a few years ago, I was sat at work refreshing their map and watching all my exits rapidly turning red.
