I was driving in some shocking weather earlier on the M25 this afernoon. Heavy rain, strong wind. Unbelievably there some chap out riding a 3 wheel motorbike wearing no helmet, no hat, no goggles even. Completely open to the elements and doing about 70.

I'm not worried about his safety, but his head must have been freezing.
