Well it's that time of year when car club membership is up for renewal and I have made a list of the clubs I am a member of and wondered if anyone has more than 6.
My memberships in alphabetical order are :

British Racing and Sports Car Club
Bugatti Owners' Club
Camel Vale Motor Club
Goodwood Road Racing Club
Porsche Club GB
Vintage Sports Car Club

I wouldn't want to belong to a club that would accept someone like me as a member.

GT-R owners club.
IAM.
Freemasons.
All three of those involve more than a spot of group masturbation whilst chanting how great you are.

It explains a few things about your 'personality'

Ford Focus Owners Club paperbag

In my defence, for £10 a year (I think) I get access to good technical information when I break my car, and a discount for Euro Car Parts. I don't have a FFOC sticker on my car and don't attend meet ups at retail parks.

Used to be a member of BMWCC but turns out several hierarchy are just bellends - used to be a great forum with some great members.
Other than the magazine you got periodically and an informal discount on several services the yearly membership was a waste of money not to mention the additional cost to join the specific part of the club (M power club, E30 etc).
Being a member of the E30zone is free and the benefits are much better just for the fact they're so down to earth and helpful.
