Yup! Took the long (long) way back from work earlier for a bit of hoonage on country roads. Proceeded to get stuck behind a toyota yaris doing 20-30mph for 5 miles on a NSL road. Braking for every little curve in the road, grrrrr!

Yup, for all the deserted stretches of Yorkshire tops like the pic...there were dozens of meandering Yaris's and i10's.

Still fun when the occupants of those (and other convertibles with hoods up) cars looked across at the "nutter" with the hood down at -2 hehe

I've been commuting this week in the MX-5 because the trains have been up st creek all week.
It is no longer white - more black/brown, and the roof has been down unless it's been raining - just as much fun as roof down in the summer!!

Long may it continue!

I needed to give the battery a top up on the old Porsche earlier. Ended up doing 131 miles around the Yorkshire Dales.

I was desig. driver last night. Passengers recommended the scenic route at 1am. I happily obliged.

Some careful hooning down this way. Found my Westfield's track day tyres not to be the best on the cold wet roads. Redound a tunnel I'd forgotten about though!

I was going to say Blakey Road but that woody bit doesn't seem right. So please, where is that?

Thanks. Not only did I get the road wrong, but the entire Moor. I've just come back over The North York Moor. Marvellous.
