What car are you surprised you've not owned.

I'm in my mid 30s and am quite surprised I've never owned a BMW. This just surprises me since they tick most boxes for me, but when it comes down to getting a new car I always seem to land up with something else (despite a BMW usually making the shortlist).

What's your "surprised I've not owned one" car (brand, make or model)?

A Fiat Coupe for me.

I've owned just about every other 90s to early 2000s Fiat going yet the Coupe has always been missed. Always wanted one. I love them. Gorgeous cars with lovely engines...

I fear I never will though. The majority for sale are money pits these days and the gooduns are obviouly being hung onto by their owners.

Although saying that, if I were in the market for a nippy italian coupe, I would probably go for the Alfa GTV instead. I've never owned an Alfa either. Strange considering my love for cheap italian cars.

Same here.

I have also started to get movements in my loins when I see 70/80s yanks. Would love something like a late 70s Chevolet Caprice with a modern twist (LS1).

Just remembered I have had Italian - how do you forget 3 Alfas??

...car with an engine bigger than 1800cc.

Despite being on my 4th car and having increased the power & torque with each purchase.

BMW

If ever I buy another estate car, then it will be a M5 or 535D.

However, the "voice" says ......get a 5 year old 760Li for weekends.

Any Korean car. Won't have them on principle - they eat dogs out there you know! I prefer dogs to people so why can't they eat each other?
