Are these really as cheap as this or is there something wrong with it?

I'm sure the 2 year parts and labour warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on but very tempting!

Sometimes people live a long time too. Just saying.

My cliche for this post is "everything in moderation".

It's either been driven by a fat cripple or clocked to buggery, those seats look terrible... more worryingly, the rear seats are no better, maybe it's been used by a pimp to move his hos around (going by the black on black on black this may actually be true...)

I bet that M5 produces a big bill long before I have to move in to a care home.

However, it's not much more likley to produce a big bill than any other M5, so that'd be the M5 I'd go for, if I was in the market.

I wouldn't. Maybe wait a few more years until it becomes the SOTW? wink

The seats look about right for a BMW smile

I would say the rear has had 2 child seats judging by the indentations and the fronts look about right with heated seats and a high side bolster that you crush everytime you get in and out. The actual leather itself looks ok for 60K apart from the saggy area's.

What a bargain ! Still not cheap enough for me though, the E39 is still plummeting and they're (on paper) even simpler and cheaper to run, that thing just has heartbreak and ruin written all over it IMO.

OP, your postcode is visible in the A.T. link you posted, worth an edit or perhaps use a dummy in future wink

First question - when was its last Inspection 2 service and what work was (a) advised, and (b) carried out.

Remember it costs as much to fix a cheap old one as an expensive new one. Getting a bill over £1,000 is just for beginners....

What's the SMG like on these. If it's anything like the early M3's I'd value it at half that wobble

Ditch the 2 year warranty and ask him for one years Mondial, then I would drive it away!!
