Not sure if this should be in the shop section or not?

I will be getting my new boring Focus company car in the new year, which will be black.

I was just looking through the shop deciding which smiley I want, but couldn't make up my mind.

White or yellow would be too bright, don't particularly like the various flag version. This got me thinking about black on black. Has anyone done it? is is too subtle to the point of not worth doing?

Maybe grey would be the best compromise?

Your thoughts chaps.

I have a two foot long black "Driftworks" sticker on my satin black car. No one has ever seen it.

I even forgot about it when I de-stickered my car a year ago, it's still on there now.

That's a different thread from the "reasons I need comfy car seats" section of the forum.

I put blue on blue thinking that the contrast between the colours would show up enough for people who were looking to see it, whilst being subtle enough not to look like a chav wagon.

You couldnt see it unless you was rubbing your nose up and down the panel.

I know it's not quite the same thing, but I've got black smilies on my rear quarter-lights. It's pretty subtle, but (just about) still visible. Maybe something like that'll work for you?

Stick them on your headlights - it'll be like the Batman sign except PH when on full beam - super-cool

I noticed a gold sticker on the back of a gold mx5 hooning through Newbury once. They're slightly different shades of gold but it was very subtle!

I put the etched effect silver window stickers in the rear windows (each side) on my silver E92 335i - looked very subtle (although never spotted).

I didn't take them off before the buyer shipped it off so anybody in NZ keep a look out!

Hmm, didn't see a carbon one when I was looking earlier. I'll take another look later.

Either that or the black sticker in the corner of the window.

Decisions, decisions.

Why be subtle?
Show the world you're a PHer and proud of it!

I'm still waiting for the reflective smiley to be launched.

What about a nice silver one on an interior window. I have mine at the top of the Windscreen on pax side, easy to spot but subtle I've always thought?!..

I've got a small orange smiley hidden in the corner of the rear window on mine, looks good and would imagine it would look good vs black.
