A quick question...

I see a lot of offers for "10 session for £99" and similar.

Are these session and hour long? And if so, how do you make any money after petrol/insurance etc?

I paid a lot more than that 8 years ago.

Yeah, but can you actually make a living at this price?

It costs between £6 and £8 to provide an hours lesson carried out correctly. So the instructor is working for less than £4 an hour or the car is stationary for most of the lesson.

I have had 12 hours worth of lessons so far, some 3 hour sessions, some 2 hours, and that cost me £240. I am now going to be paying, what I assume anyway, £27 a session, if not, thats £54 a week until the end of January for me.

So you've been paying £20 per hour, which seems reasonable.

Less than £4 an hour is crazy. I'm assuming they up the cost after the first block of ten.
