Does anyone know who took this to the European court ? I thought all insurance premiums were based on statistics ,if girls claim less than boys what is the problem ..The only winner is the insurance companies .Rather than increasing premiums for the girls why not balance it out so both pay less !

I personaly think there is a conspiracy here, the courts have been paid off by corporations ..
